Sometimes when a user is unable to interact with the myrouter.local interface, it may be because of the DNS Hijacking Malware effect which generally infects the computer. It usually assigns secondary DNS values to the computer which directly affects the access to the web interface of the Linksys router. You can resolve the issue by the Network connections tab of the Open Network and Sharing Center. Click on Change adapter settings and you may change it from there.
