Extremely satisfied customer
We have used J.R.Perkins on 2 different occasions. The first time they were able to repair both our a/c's after another company said they needed replacement due to a compressor failure on one and a restriction on another. They repaired a broken wire on one and serviced the other with 2 lbs of freon. When we decided to replace these units due to age and inefficiency, using J.R. Perkins was a no-brainer. The 2 technicians faced many problems due to the bad initial installation of the old units. Their knowledge, professionalism, and personable attitude were very refreshing in this day and age. We were also impressed with the way they left the work area in a very clean and tidy way. Everyone of their employees that we came in contact with were extremely helpful.
We strongly recommend using J.R.Perkins for any of your a/c and heating requirements.
